If you follow sports and competitions that involve intense physical activity the Eiffel Tower Vertical in Paris in mid-March is a meeting that you won’t want to miss.  Over 1000 participants will gather at the Eiffel Tower for this original and unusual race on 17th March, 2017. Very well located in Paris, the Platine Hotel will be your privileged place to follow all these events.

The Eiffel Tower Vertical - an original race of maximum intensity

This unique race is now celebrating its 3rd edition since it was relaunched in 2015. Yes, re-launched; the initiative had already been taken 110 years ago, by the "Le Sport" daily newspaper. This year, 128 participants are expected at the foot of the massive steel tower on March 17th for about 10 minutes of intense effort. Why not go along to support them?

The Eiffel Tower Vertical means traversing the tower’s 1665 steps at speed. The current record has been held by Poland’s Polish Piotr Lobodzinski since last year. As well as a show of strength, endurance, and physical agility, this year’s event will also feature generosity. All proceeds from the race will go to the "Les Bonnes Fées" association (made up of a dozen Miss France laureates) for use in various social projects. By taking part in this unusual race, you have fun and you reveal your generous heart at the same time.
