It's back! The Paris International Agricultural Show 2022

Categories : Fairs and Trade Shows, Events, published on : 12/5/21

Although the pandemic health crisis disrupted the nation’s foremost agricultural trade show for two years, expectations are higher than ever for this year’s edition of the Salon International de l’Agriculture. Local produce, agricultural competitions, conferences, meetings with professionals and much more is what you’ll find from February 26th to March 6th at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Come along and see what makes this event so special.

One show, four themed areas

The success of the Paris International Agricultural Show can be summed up in a few figures: more than 4,000 animals, more than 20,000 samples of products tasted and around 16,000 wines competing in the Concours Agricole, not to mention the more than 600,000 visitors expected. Everything is divided into four themed areas to discover at your own pace. Admire the hens, sheep and bulls in the area dedicated to livestock. Continue with the discovery of the agricultural trades and services area, then the zone of crops and plants before concluding with a gourmet experience supplied by producers from the French regions and around the world.

Talking about the future

With its theme of reunions, SIA2022 is intended not only to be a celebration but also and above all a place where producers and consumers can get together to reflect on the agriculture of tomorrow. More than ever, issues related to food, the future of terroirs and the protection of the environment are in the spotlight and this essential trade show represents an essential link between all stakeholders. Many events are planned in this regard.

Meet the agricultural world at the Paris International Agricultural Show 2022! To make the most of it, book your room at the Platine Hotel today along with your tickets to the trade show, which takes place just a 20-minute walk away.
